    A classic blue veined cheese. This creamy cheese retains some of the blue piquancy, without being overpowering.

    Bold, buttery, and washed in our cider, Merry Wyfe is Somerset in a nutshell.

    - Extra Mature Wyfe of Bath (200g) 
    Just like the Wyfe of Bath but matured for over 12 months. The cheese becomes firmer and has a long lasting nutty flavour.

    - Blue Cheese Straws 
    Delicate puff pastry crafted with our Bath Blue Cheese. Light, buttery, and savoury, these cheese straws are a refined and flavourful accompaniment.

    - Trio of Chutneys (3 x 40g) 
    Small-batch chutneys made in Bristol, chosen to pair beautifully with artisan cheese. The set includes: Fig & Onion, Tomato & Tamarind and Spiced Plum
