Refund policy
If you’ve had a problem with your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! If your order has not arrived in a suitable condition to your chosen address, we can either send you a replacement, exchange your order for store credit, or process a refund to the original payment method. However, because of the sensitive and perishable nature of chilled food items all orders are non-returnable.
How long does it take to receive your replacement product, store credit, or refund?
We ship all of our parcels on a next-day service, so as long as the item is still in stock you should receive your replacement within at least 24-72 hours of us becoming aware of the issue, please bear in mind this may take longer if you contact us over the weekend.
