Spend the day with our expert cheesemakers, and discover the art of making delicious cheeses. During this immersive experience, you will be guided through the process of making our renowned Bath Soft Cheese and learn the fascinating history along the way. While the curds settle, you will enjoy an exclusive tour of our cheese making and maturing rooms. 

Next, you will have the chance to mould up the curds for our delicious, international award-winning Wyfe of Bath. After a morning of hard work, you will have a cheese tasting of all our artisan cheeses, and enjoy a delightful lunch in our Café.

To finish the day, you will make fresh Mozzarella, which you will be able to take away with you. We will send you your own Bath Soft Cheese once it has matured to perfection.
