Graham Padfield's Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar, with honey and turmeric .

Twice fermented with live, unpasteurised "Mother of Vinegar" for full flavour. Use for cooking, marinades or dressings. Cider vinegar has been used for centuries as a home remedy and tonic. Dilute 2 tablespoons with a cup of hot water or sparkling water. I use it to clear my head and sleep better. I have added local honey because some people say it helps them to cope with hay fever. Turmeric is a root from Asia which some people use for joint problems. Please let me know how well it works for you.
