Wyfe of Bath and red onion crisps

These have to be tried! So easy and so delicious… just eat them ASAP whilst they still have their crunch!
  • Preheat the over to 250C
  • Use about 1 dessert spoon of grated Wyfe of Bath cheese per crisp, start with two rings of red onion and put the cheese on top. Spread to be about 3 inches across. Use a non-stick pan or greaseproof paper
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes or until golden and starting to crisp around the edges. Remove from the tray with a flat spatula, drape over the handle of an ice cream scoop to shape and let cool.

Serve with your favourite chutney. Crisps are best eaten within 20 minutes of being made.


Opinions from Bath Soft Cheese staff… well the cheesemakers gobbled down the samples before the rest of us could try them- all that was left was a smear of chutney on the side of the plate. We consider this to be a pretty excellent review!
