Enjoy our Cheese and Cider Pairing Box together with our pick of the best crackers and chutney.  Our Bath Blue is beautifully complimented by the warm and welcoming notes of Walnut & Honey Crackers, and each cider and cheese combination enhances the fresh, fruity and rich flavours of these products.  Using products made locally to the farm allows us to keep our sustainable ways and reduce our miles. This Cheese and Cider Pairing Box includes:

• Wyfe of Bath (200g) Supreme Champion 2019 International Cheese Awards winner, this semi-hard cheese is succulent with a nutty flavour. Similar to a Gouda in texture, it resembles the cheese farmers’ wives would make out of soured milk. It is matured for 4-6 months and takes its name from Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales.  Like the tale, when you cut into a Wyfe of Bath, you will get a taste of old England.
• Bath Blue (200g) Supreme Champion 2014 World Cheese Awards winner. A classic blue veined cheese - it has been likened to Stilton. A creamy cheese that retains some of the blue piquancy but is not as strong as the majority of blue cheeses. Best Cheese in the World!
• Walnut, Honey and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers These delectable and savoury crackers are a lovely addition to a cheeseboard.
• Red Onion & Pear Chutney - (190g) Created to "pear" perfectly with our Bath Blue. 
• Two River Cider - Pilton (330ml) - This cider is made from orchards that lie between the rivers Brue and Sheppey in Somerset.
• Pilton Cider (330ml) - A fruity keeved cider, partially fermented in oak barrels.
