This fresh elegant sparkling wine has been produced with bottle fermentation of Seyval grapes grown in 2014 at the family run and very wildlife friendly Bow-in-the-Cloud vineyard in the hamlet of Noah’s Ark, near the ancient town of Malmesbury.
The wine has a delicate character with fine bubbles that release raspberry and vanilla flavours, leading to a refreshing citrus finish.
