If you’ve had a problem with your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
If your order has not arrived in suitable condition for whatever reason we can either send you a replacement, exchange your order for store credit, or process a refund to the original payment method.
How long it takes to receive your replacement product, store credit, or refund? We ship all of our parcels on a next day service, so as long as the item is still in stock you should receive your replacement within at least 24-72 hours of us becoming aware of the issue, please bear in mind this may take longer if you contact us over the weekend.
To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org – if appropriate we may ask for photographs of products so that we can investigate any issues further.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
