← Our cheeses
A classic blue veined cheese made from the milk of our own organic cows. Ripened in our traditional stone built rooms for eight to ten weeks to give a creamy blue veined taste.
Drooling at the mere photographs. Have bookmarked you for return later, or maybe sooner. Pat your cows for me.

I’ve been eating blue cheese for forty years and have to say, your Blue Cheese is by far the tastiest. I was given some for Christmas and will have to get some more.
picked up some blue cheese at Stroud farmers market, absolutely beautiful, served on home made burgers , what can I say.
many thanks Rich
An excellent cheese enjoyed by the whole family. Stilton overtones but softer and creamier. We look forward to seeing you at the Sturminster Newton Cheese Festival in a couple of weeks.
Is the Bath Blue cheese vegetarian? I was eating it as though it was but my local cheese shop recently advised me that they don’t think it is.
I’m afraid it isn’t – but our Wyfe of Bath most definitely is.
Is this cheese vegetarian?
Hi Sara – sorry for the delay in replying, we’ve been busy in the dairy. Our Wyfe of Bath cheese is vegetarian but the Bath Soft and the Bath Blue are not.
One of the best cheese I have EVER tasted, for me this is the ultimate British cheese.
Thank you so much for this incredible cheese.
